These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and EazyConnect (Pty) Ltd ("EazyConnect," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for, accessing, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain security.

3.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to make timely payments.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Overload or interfere with network infrastructure
  • Resell services without authorization
  • Make unsolicited marketing calls (robocalls) without proper consent

Violation of this policy may result in immediate service suspension and account termination.

5. Billing and Payment

5.1 Fees and Charges

You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected service plan. Fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise specified. Usage-based charges (e.g., international calls) are billed monthly in arrears.

5.2 Payment Methods

Payment can be made via credit card, debit order, or electronic funds transfer. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

5.3 Late Payment

Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended. A reconnection fee may apply. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the prevailing prime rate plus 2%.

5.4 Price Changes

We may modify pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Our SLA commitments vary by service tier:

  • Standard: 99% uptime, 8-hour response time
  • Professional: 99.5% uptime, 4-hour response time
  • Enterprise: 99.9% uptime, 1-hour response time

SLA credits are available for qualifying outages as detailed in your service agreement. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and issues outside our control are excluded from SLA calculations.

7. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

7.1 Emergency Services

VOIP services may not function during power outages or internet disruptions. Emergency services (e.g., 10111) may not be available in all locations. Maintain alternative means of communication for emergencies.

7.2 Network Limitations

Service quality depends on internet connectivity, equipment, and network conditions beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7.3 Number Porting

Number porting is subject to regulatory approval and carrier cooperation. We cannot guarantee porting timelines or success. You remain responsible for service with your previous provider until porting is complete.

8. Term and Termination

8.1 Contract Period

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless you have signed a fixed-term contract. Fixed-term contracts may include early termination fees.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, platform, and documentation remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use services for their intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works.
